Voglia di dolce? Questa ricetta riesce a coniugare gusto e leggerezza senza eccessi. Come ogni altro alimento va gestito all’interno di una buona settimana alimentare e sportiva. Con questo tortino yogurt e ricotta riesco a bilanciare la giornata e a gustarmi un dolce come piace a me: cremoso, morbido e soprattutto cioccolatoso. Guarda quanto è facile realizzarlo!
INGREDIENTI:
- 2 uova
- 60 g yogurt greco/ vegetale
- 250 g ricotta vaccina
- 70 g farina 0
- 30 g cacao amaro in polvere
- gocce di cioccolato fondente q.b
- 10 g lievito per dolci
- cocco rapè q.b
- 100 ml latte/ latte vegetale
PROCEDIMENTO:
In una ciotola sbatti le uova (a temperatura ambiente) a lungo, fino a ottenere un composto spumoso. Unisci lo yogurt, la ricotta, la farina con il lievito setacciati, il cacao. Amalgama tutto aggiungendo il latte. Versa il composto in uno stampo da 20 cm e livellalo aiutandoti con una spatola. Aggiungi le gocce di cioccolato e inforna a 180° per circa 35 minuti. Quando è ancora caldo spolvera con il cocco rapè.
