Una merenda fresca e golosa con pochi e semplici ingredienti. I mini bounty fit somigliano alla famosa barretta in commercio, ma sono decisamente più salutari, con meno zuccheri e secondo me, anche più buoni. Sono dei mini scrigni di cioccolato croccante con yogurt, cocco e granella di nocciole. Prepararli è divertente e anche molto facile.
INGREDIENTI: (Per circa 7 mini fit bounty)
- 150 g yogurt greco
- 40 g cocco rapè
- 1 cucchiaino miele
- 1 cucchiaino di granella di nocciole
- 40 g cioccolato fondente all’85%
PROCEDIMENTO:
In una ciotola unisci lo yogurt, il cocco rapè, il miele e la granella di nocciole. Amalgama bene tutto il composto. Con le mani forma delle palline della grandezza che preferisci, schiacciale leggermente e disponile su una teglia rivestita di carta forno. In ciasciun mini bounty infila uno stuzzicadenti e riponili in freezer per mezz’ora.
Sciogli il cioccolato, versalo in un bicchiere e immergi ciascun bounty per metà o se preferisci completamente (dovrai aumentare le dosi del cioccolato). Per facilitare l’asciugatura e avere una copertura di cioccolato omogenea, infila gli stuzzicadenti all’interno dei buchi di uno scolapasta capovolto. Trasferisci i mini bounty in frigo per mezz’ora e gusta.
