Per questo Natale, ho deciso di ricreare un villaggio di casette golose al cioccolato. Oltre che da servire come dolce, sono perfette anche come centrotavola e piaceranno proprio a tutti! Requisito fondamentale per questa ricetta natalizia è possedere uno stampo di casette in silicone, perciò prima di innamorarvi del villaggio cioccolatoso, trovatene uno!
INGREDIENTI:
- 60 g cacao
- 200 ml latte
- 150 g burro
- 120 g zucchero
- 4 uova
- 300 g farina 00
- 1/2 bustina lievito
- 1 pizzico di sale
- 150 g yogurt
- 50 g cioccolato bianco congelato
PROCEDIMENTO:
In un pentolino fai sciogliere il burro con il cacao e il latte. Togli dal fuoco, aggiungi lo zucchero, fallo sciogliere mescolando e lascia raffreddare. Una volta montate le uova in una ciotola o planetaria, aggiungi lo yogurt. Per ottenere un composto bello spumoso dovrai montare a lungo. In un’altra ciotola mischia la farina, il lievito e il sale. Uniscili poco per volta al composto delle uova, insieme al burro sciolto e amalgama tutto per bene. Versa il composto in un boccale e riempi gli stampini fino a metà. Aggiungi un quadretto di cioccolato bianco congelato e ricopri con il composto restante solo per 3/4 di stampo (in forno lieviterà e arriverà al bordo). Elimina le bolle sbattendo delicatamente lo stampo e inforna a 180° per 30 minuti. Una volta raffreddate sformale facendo attenzione a non rovinare le casette e spolvera con zucchero a velo.
