Se stai cercando di smaltire pandoro e panettone e li stai mangiando a colazione, pranzo e cena, sappi che con loro puoi creare un dolce perfetto da portare a casa dei tuoi amici o parenti, oppure puoi creare un ottimo dolce da servire per il cenone di capodanno! Io ho utilizzato il pandoro, ma lo stesso procedimento vale per il panettone. Pronti a vedere come riuscire a rendere un dolce già buonissimo ancora più buono?
INGREDIENTI:
- 1 pandoro o 1 panettone
- crema al mascarpone o crema di nocciole, pistacchio q.b
- zucchero a velo q.b
- cacao q.b
- latte o liquore per la bagna
PROCEDIMENTO:
Taglia il pandoro o il panettone in orizzontale in modo da ricavare fette spesse circa 1 cm. Su un piano di lavoro stendi della pellicola trasparente e ponici sopra le fette cercando di creare un rettangolo piuttosto regolare. Riempi i buchi tra una fetta e l’altra con pezzi di pandoro/panettone. Con un mattarello stendi premendo leggermente sulle fette, in questo modo si compatteranno. Prepara una bagna di latte o di un liquore a scelta e spennellalo su tutto il rettangolo senza esagerare.
Io ho scelto di farcire il tronchetto con la mia buonissima e irresistibile CREMA AL MASCARPONE ma puoi scegliere una crema di nocciole, al pistacchio, una crema pasticcera, una crema al cioccolato, insomma quello che ti piace o che preferiscono i tuoi ospiti.
Una volta aver spalmato la crema scelta, con l’aiuto della pellicola arrotola su se stesso il pandoro/panettone dal lato più lungo. Tranquilli non si rompe niente, la pellicola serve proprio a questo. Arrotola fino alla fine, stringendo bene. Se necessario utilizza altra pellicola per stringere ulteriormente il tronchetto e chiudi le estremità a caramella. Poni in frigorifero per circa 4 ore.
Trascorso il tempo, elimina la pellicola e taglia il tronchetto in 3 parti: una più grande che sarà la parte centrale e due più piccole da tagliare in modo trasversale, che saranno i rami più corti. Spolvera con zucchero a velo o cacao, o come ho fatto io con entrambi creando delle strisce alternate di zucchero e cacao con l’aiuto di strisce di carta forno. Si conserva per 2/3 giorni in frigorifero.
