INGREDIENTI:
- 3 zucchine
- 2 peperoni
- 2 melanzane
- olio q.b
- sale q.b
- rosmarino
- pepe q.b
- pangrattato q.b
PROCEDIMENTO:
Inizia tagliando le verdure più o meno della stessa dimensione e infilzale alternandole in uno spiedino. In un contenitore prepara un’emulsione di olio, sale, pepe, rosmarino, pangrattato e strofinaci gli spiedini all’interno. Aiutati con un pennello per riuscire a ricoprire con l’emulsione tutte le verdure nello spiedino. Inforna a 180° in forno ventilato per circa 20 minuti. Il tempo di cottura varia a seconda della grandezza delle verdure: potrebbe volerci meno tempo se tagliate più piccole o più tempo se tagliate grandi.
