SNACK AL CIOCCOLATO CROCCANTE

Capita a tutti di avere voglia di un dolcetto ma di non avere voglia di mettere le mani in pasta per prepararlo. Fu proprio in un giorno di questi che ho realizzato questo dolcetto sfizioso, facile, veloce da preparare e anche leggero. Questa è una vera e propria ricetta zero spreco, dato che per prepararla ho utilizzato tutte le “briciole” delle Weetabix. Per chi non le conoscesse, sono delle formelle di frumento integrale ricche di fibre che hanno come unico difetto quello di sgretolarsi già solo estraendole dalla confezione. Potete comunque sostituirle con biscotti o fette biscottate sbriciolate. Ecco come si prepara.

INGREDIENTI: (per circa 6/8 pirottini)

  • 100 g Weetabix/ fette biscottate/ biscotti sbriciolati
  • 20 g olio di cocco
  • marmellata preferita senza zuccheri aggiunti q.b
  • yogurt greco 0% di grassi q.b
  • 80 g cioccolato fondente
  • cacao amaro in polvere q.b

PROCEDIMENTO:

In una ciotola unite le Weetabix, o le fette biscottate o biscotti sbriciolati con l’olio di cocco. Amalgamate tutto con una spatola e riempiteci la base dei pirottini rivestiti di pellicola (questa ci permetterà di estrarli più facilmente). Aggiungiamo uno strato di marmellata, uno di yogurt e infine create uno strato con il cioccolato fondente fuso. Quest’ultimo non dovrà essere troppo spesso altrimenti diventerà troppo duro e quindi difficile da rompere con un cucchiaino o forchetta da dolce. Fate rapprendere in frigorifero per circa 1 ora.
