Un primo piatto davvero unico nella sua semplicità. Le penne all’arrabbiata si preparano con pochissimi ingredienti che tutti abbiamo in casa e sono una di quelle ricette che non passano mai di moda e di cui non passa mai la voglia. Forza andiamo a vedere come si preparano!
INGREDIENTI: (2 persone)
- 2 spicchi d’aglio
- 200 g penne rigate
- prezzemolo q.b
- olio evo q.b
- pomodori pelati passati
- peperoncino q.b
- sale q.b
PROCEDIMENTO:
In una padella fai rosolare l’aglio con l’olio e il peperoncino. Unisci il pomodoro, regola di sale e fai cuocere. Nel frattempo cuoci la pasta in acqua bollente salata. Elimina l’aglio dalla padella. Scola la pasta al dente, uniscila al pomodoro e termina la cottura. Impiatta aggiungendo il prezzemolo fresco e un filo d’olio a crudo.
