Io cerco sempre di utilizzare delle farine di qualità, spesso integrali. A seconda della farina che sceglierai, potrebbe cambiare la quantità di acqua necessaria, per questo ti consiglio di aggiungerla lentamente. Venti minuti è il tempo necessario per preparare questo buonissimo pane in padella.
INGREDIENTI:
- 400 gr farina integrale bio
- 100 gr semola di grano duro
- 320 ml acqua (a seconda della farina che utilizzi potrà volercene di più o di meno)
- 1 bustina di lievito istantaneo per salati
- 1 cucchiaio di sale
- 1 cucchiaio d’olio evo
PROCEDIMENTO:
In una planetaria o ciotola miscela le due farine. Sciogli la bustina di lievito con un po’ d’acqua presa dal totale e aggiungila alle farine. Inizia a impastare, inglobando lentamente tutta l’acqua. Aggiungi l’olio e per ultimo il sale. Impasta fino ad ottenere un panetto omogeneo. Con un mattarello forma dei dischetti della grandezza che preferisci, dovranno avere uno spessore di circa 1/2 cm. Cuoci su una padella antiaderente ben calda per qualche minuto. Quando iniziano a gonfiarsi girali e termina la cottura. Il pane veloce fatto in casa è pronto da portare in tavola.
