Ebbene sì, fare la maionese fatta in casa è davvero molto semplice! Eppure la compriamo sempre non è vero? Pochi, semplici e necessari passaggi per una maionese vellutata, senza grumi e soprattutto non impazzita! L’unico accorgimento infatti per non far “impazzire” la maionese e quindi non rischiare di buttare via tutto, è quello di utilizzare gli ingredienti a temperatura ambiente. Io ho scelto di aromatizzare la maionese con l’aglio, che adoro, ma se non lo gradite, potete tranquillamente ometterlo. Non ci sarebbe nemmeno bisogno di dirlo ma, consumare uova fresche acquistate magari direttamente da un allevatore di fiducia, significa utilizzare un prodotto di alto valore biologico e nutritivo. Questo incide nettamente nel sapore finale di qualunque ricetta, ma soprattutto in questa in cui il protagonista è proprio l’uovo.
INGREDIENTI:
- 200 ml olio di semi
- 1 uovo
- 15 ml succo di limone
- 1 pizzico di sale
- prezzemolo q.b
- aglio in polvere q.b
PROCEDIMENTO:
In un boccale alto e stretto, versa l’olio, il succo di limone, l’uovo e il sale. Con un frullatore ad immersione monta delicatamente la maionese fino a quando sarà liscia e cremosa. Aggiungi l’aglio in polvere, il rosmarino e mescola lentamente con una spatola. Trasferiscila in una ciotolina e conservala in frigorifero.
