Gli involtini non passano mai di moda. Da piccola mi piacevano un sacco, soprattutto perché la classica fettina non mi andava né su né giù. Credo fosse per questo che mia madre la travestiva da involtino. Avrai bisogno di pochissimo tempo per prepararli e altrettanto per mangiarli. Lo speck affumicato e la mozzarella riescono a fondersi perfettamente, trasformando delle semplici fettine in un secondo gustoso.
INGREDIENTI: (Per 10 involtini)
- 10 Fette di vitella (circa 700 g)
- 10 Fette di speck
- mozzarella per pizza q.b
- sale q.b
- olio q.b
- 10 foglie di salvia
PROCEDIMENTO:
Disponi su ciascuna fettina, una fetta di speck e un pezzo di mozzarella. Arrotolala su se stessa a per formare l’involtino e ferma con degli stuzzicadenti. Disponili su una teglia rivestita da carta forno leggermente oliata. Su ciascun involtino aggiungi il sale e una foglia di salvia. Infornali a 170° per circa 20/25 minuti.
