Pochi ma fondamentali passaggi per ottenere una focaccia alle olive buonissima e croccante. Perfetta per un antipasto, come aperitivo o per un buffet. In qualunque occasione la preparerete, sono sicura che finirà in un attimo, è veramente impossibile resistergli! Avrete bisogno di pochissimi ingredienti che probabilmente avete già in dispensa…non vi resta che mettere le mani in pasta!
INGREDIENTI: (2 teglie cm 28×38)
- 600 g farina 0
- 450 ml acqua
- 7 g lievito fresco
- 8 g sale
- 40 ml olio evo
Condimento:
- sale q.b
- olio q.b
- olive denocciolate q.b
PROCEDIMENTO:
In una ciotola o planetaria unisci la farina con il lievito sciolto in un po’ d’acqua. Aggiungi l’altra l’acqua e continua a impastare fino a farla assorbire tutta. Aggiungi l’olio e il sale. Trasferisci l’impasto su un piano da lavoro infarinato, crea un panetto e disponilo in una ciotola coperta con pellicola. Mettilo a lievitare in frigorifero per 24 ore. Riprendi l’impasto, dividilo in due parti e crea due panetti. Falli lievitare per 2/3 ore a temperatura ambiente. Infarina le palline e allargale con le mani schiacciando con i polpastrelli. Disponile sulla teglia oliata e stendile fino ai bordi. Aggiungi sale, olio e olive (schiacciale nell’impasto) e inforna a 210° per circa 20 minuti.
