Una merenda sana, golosa e veloce da realizzare. Le fragole si trasformano in fiori che accolgono una crema allo yogurt e cacao. La base, realizzata con fette di banana, dona a questo spuntino senza zuccheri aggiunti, la naturale dolcezza. Potete utilizzare come base per le fragole anche un biscotto, preferibilmente sottile, così da riuscire a mangiarli in un solo boccone! Servono pochissimi ingredienti, vediamo insieme quali e come assemblarli.
INGREDIENTI:
- 10 fragole circa
- 100 g yogurt greco bianco naturale
- 2 cucchiaini di cacao amaro in polvere
- 1/2 banana
- granella di nocciole q.b
PROCEDIMENTO:
Lava e asciuga le fragole. Con un coltello elimina il peduncolo e le foglioline. Taglia ciascuna fragola in quattro senza arrivare fino in fondo, la base infatti dovrà rimanere attaccata. Allo yogurt greco aggiungi il cacao e mescola fino ad ottenere una cremina omogenea. Versala in una sacca da pasticcere e riempi tutte le fragole al centro. Aggiungi la granella di nocciole.
Taglia la banana a rondelle e utilizzale come base dei fiori di fragola.
Conservale in frigorifero.
