- 50 g mandorle
PROCEDIMENTO:
Inizia mettendo a marinare la faraona con alloro, salvia, rosmarino e vino, per almeno un’ora. Girala ogni tanto per farla insaporire bene su tutti i lati. In una padella fai rosolare l’aglio con l’olio e disponi la carne all’interno, versando anche tutta la marinatura. Fai cuocere su tutti i lati e aggiungi il sale. Termina la cottura a fuoco lento con un coperchio. In un padellino a parte, tosta le mandorle e aggiungile alla faraona solo all’ultimo.
