Questi crackers integrali sono perfetti per un antipasto o un aperitivo sfizioso natalizio. Oltre che facilissimi, sono anche veloci da preparare. Sono buoni così semplici, o farciti con delle mousse, affettati, formaggi o creme spalmabili. La farina integrale li rende ancora più rustici. Puoi dargli la forma che preferisci, la ricetta rimane sempre la stessa anche per le altre occasioni. Perfetti per arricchire il cestino del pane, vedrai i tuoi ospiti ne andranno pazzi!
INGREDIENTI:
- 500 g farina integrale
- 250 g acqua
- 75 g olio evo
- 12 g sale
PROCEDIMENTO:
Impasta in una ciotola o planetaria la farina con l’acqua, l’olio e il sale. Forma un panetto e lasciarlo riposare coperto a temperatura ambiente per 15 minuti. Con un mattarello stendi l’impasto più sottile che puoi e usa gli stampini natalizi per ricavare i crackers. Disponili su una teglia con carta forno e infornali a 200° per circa 20 minuti. La cottura può variare a seconda dello spessore che darai ai crackers: più saranno sottili più cuoceranno in fretta, perciò tienili d’occhio. Falli raffreddare e gustali come più ti piace.
