
Che feste natalizie sono senza cantucci alle mandorle? Questi biscotti tipici sono croccanti, facili da preparare e un’ottima idea regalo. Sono ottimi da gustare da soli, inzuppati nel vin santo, o accompagnati da uno spumante o un liquore di fine pasto. Se riuscite a non finirli subito, potete conservarli chiusi in un sacchetto o in un barattolo di vetro per almeno 10 giorni… credo anche di più, ma chi è che resiste a non mangiarli?
INGREDIENTI:
- 320 g farina 00
- 80 g zucchero
- 1 pizzico di sale
- 1/2 bustina lievito per dolci
- 2 uova
- 130 g mandorle
- 100 ml latte vegetale o altro
PROCEDIMENTO:
Inizia mescolando in una ciotola o planetaria la farina con lo zucchero, il pizzico di sale, il lievito, le uova e il latte. Per ultime aggiungi le mandorle. Con le mani forma dei filoncini. Mettili distanziati su una teglia e infornali a 175° per 30 minuti. Quando sono ancora caldi, tagliali in diagonale per formare la tipica forma dei cantucci. Se li preferisci più duri, infornali nuovamente (già tagliati) per 4 minuti per lato. Falli raffreddare e conservali in un barattolo di vetro o in un sacchetto.
