Il Caffè Dalgona è un vero e proprio cappuccino al contrario, formato da latte freddo e da un cremoso e spumoso caffè caldo. Una bevanda perfetta per queste giornate caldissime. Servono solo pochi ingredienti, olio di gomito per “montare” il caffè e il gioco è fatto! Vediamo come prepararlo.
INGREDIENTI:
- 1 cucchiaio di caffè istantaneo
- 1 cucchiaio di zucchero
- 1 cucchiaio di acqua bollente
- ghiaccio q.b
- latte preferito q.b
PROCEDIMENTO:
In un bicchiere o in una ciotola, versa il caffè, lo zucchero, l’acqua bollente e mescola velocemente con un cucchiaio o frusta per circa 5 minuti, fino a montare il caffè (diventerà color caramello). Nel bicchiere o nella tazza dove decidi di servirlo, aggiungi qualche cubetto di ghiaccio, il latte che preferisci (vaccino, vegetale ecc..) e il caffè montato in precedenza.
