La pasta sfoglia già pronta…che invenzione! Questa torta rustica farcita con strati di patate, prosciutto cotto e mozzarella di bufala è una garanzia. Perfetta come antipasto o piatto unico, potete prepararla anche in anticipo e rinfornarla qualche minuto prima di mangiarla. In questo caso, aggiungete la bufala solo all’ultimo momento.
INGREDIENTI:
- 1 rotolo di pasta sfoglia rotonda
- 2 patate
- 200 g prosciutto cotto
- mozzarella di bufala q.b
PROCEDIMENTO:
Taglia a fette sottili le patate e sbollentale per qualche minuto. Srotola la pasta sfoglia, disponila su uno stampo con tutta la carta forno e bucherella con una forchetta. Disponi sulla base le fette di patate condite con sale e rosmarino e poi il prosciutto cotto. Piega i bordi della sfoglia verso l’interno e inforna a 200° per circa 20 minuti. Gli ultimi minuti aggiungi la mozzarella di bufala e tienila in forno solo il tempo necessario a farla sciogliere.
