
Questi coni di sfoglia sono veloci e facili da preparare, perfetti per un aperitivo, antipasto o un buffet. Possono essere mangiati anche da chi segue una dieta priva di glutine, lattosio o vegana, l’importante è controllare le etichette del prodotto che si sta acquistando. Farciteli come più vi piace assecondando tutti i vostri gusti, non solo salati ma anche dolci. Per la versione dolce, seguite lo stesso procedimento e cospargeteli di zucchero semolato o in granella, prima di infornarli.
INGREDIENTI:
- 1 rotolo di pasta sfoglia rettangolare
- albume q.b per spennellare
- semi di papavero q.b
PROCEDIMENTO:
Srotola la sfoglia e tagliala dal lato corto a strisce tutte uguali. Arrotolale intorno allo stampo a forma di cono e chiudi bene l’estremità, per non far fuoriuscire la farcitura. Disponi i coni di sfoglia su una teglia da forno, spennellali con l’albume d’uovo, aggiungi i semi di papavero e inforna a 180° per 10/15 minuti (fino a doratura). Io li ho farciti mischiando il formaggio spalmabile con il paté di olive, tu scegli la farcia che preferisci. Se vuoi dargli un aspetto gourmet, riempili aiutandoti con un sac a poche.
