INGREDIENTI:

  • 1 cipolla
  • 2 carote
  • 2 coste di cuore di sedano
  • 1 palla di verza
  • 150 g piselli congelati
  • 3 cucchiai salsa di soia
  • pepe q.b
  • sale q.b
  • 1 confezione pasta fillo
  • olio q.b
  • semi di papavero q.b
  • albume o acqua per chiudere la pasta fillo

PROCEDIMENTO:

Taglia la cipolla, le carote e il sedano a listarelle. Falli rosolare in una padella con l’olio. Aggiungi l’acqua e lasciali cuocere coperti per qualche minuto. Aggiungi la verza pulita, tagliata e privata della parte centrale. Fai cuocere tutto. Nel frattempo metti a bollire i piselli in acqua salata. Alle verdure aggiungi la salsa di soia, il pepe e il sale, scolale e uniscile ai piselli. Posiziona due fogli di pasta fillo uno sopra l’altro e crea dei quadrati (scegli tu la grandezza degli involtini). Disponi il composto su ciascuna coppia di quadrati e richiudi bene arrotolando la pasta fillo. Utilizza un po’ di albume o acqua sul punto di chiusura. Una spennellata di olio di semi e qualche seme di papavero prima di infornarli a 210° circa per 10 minuti (controllate la cottura).
