INGREDIENTI:
- 500 g bocconcini di tacchino
- salvia q.b
- rosmarino q.b
- farina q.b
- cipolla q.b
- dado vegetale
- 1/2 bicchiere vino bianco
- curry q.b
- 2 zucchine medie
- sale q.b
PROCEDIMENTO:
In una ciotola versa i bocconcini di tacchino, la salvia, il rosmarino e infarinali. Falli rosolare su una padella con un filo d’olio e cipolla. Nel frattempo prepara del brodo vegetale. Una volta che si è formata una crosticina sui bocconcini, sfumali con il vino e assicurati che evapori. Aggiungi il curry, le zucchine e aggiusta di sale (regolati con il sale se il tuo dado è già salato). Porta a termine la cottura versando il brodo mano a mano che si asciuga.
