Le polpette di pollo e zucchine sono semplici da preparare e coniugano le esigenze di tutta la famiglia. Gusto e leggerezza sono l’accoppiata vincente di questa ricetta. Sono un’idea per far mangiare le verdure anche ai più piccoli e solleticheranno anche il palato dei più grandi. La cottura in forno garantirà una panatura super croccante.
INGREDIENTI:
- 400 g macinato di pollo
- 2 zucchine di medie dimensioni
- 2 cucchiai di parmigiano
- 50 g pangrattato (o di più se troppo bagnato)
- 2 uova
- sale q.b
- 1 spicchio d’aglio
PROCEDIMENTO:
In una ciotola versa il macinato di pollo, le zucchine grattugiate, il parmigiano, il pangrattato, un pizzico di sale, le uova e uno spicchio d’aglio tagliuzzato. Mescola tutto per bene. Per questa ricetta ti consiglio una panatura un pò grossolana che ci garantirà l’effetto “crunch” che ci piace tanto. Io ne ho usata una speziata con paprika e curcuma che ha donato anche una nota colorata alle polpette. Procedi prelevando una porzione di composto e con le mani dai la forma alle polpette. Panale nel pangrattato e disponile su una teglia da forno foderata. Aggiungi un filo d’olio sopra e inforna a 190° in forno ventilato per 25 minuti circa.
