INGREDIENTI:
- 500 g macinato di carne
- 1 uovo + 1 uovo per la panatura
- mix di spezie a piacere q.b
- 2 cucchiai di parmigiano
- 1 pizzico di sale
- 400 g spinaci
- scamorza q.b
- pangrattato q.b
- olio q.b
PROCEDIMENTO:
Alla carne macinata aggiungi il sale, il mix di spezie, l’uovo, il parmigiano e mescola tutto. Dividi il composto a metà. Poni una delle due metà su un foglio di carta forno e appiattiscilo con l’aiuto di un mattarello cercando di dargli una forma più rettangolare possibile. Disponi sopra gli spinaci ben strizzati dall’acqua e la scamorza. Stendi anche l’altra metà di carne macinata formando un rettangolo della stessa grandezza di quello precedente. Ponilo sopra il ripieno in modo da ricoprirlo completamente. Lascia riposare in frigo per 1 ora. Con un coltello fai dei tagli in modo da ricavare dei quadrati e da ciascun quadrato ricava due triangoli. Passa ciascun triangolino prima nell’uovo e poi nella panatura, cercando di sigillare al meglio le estremità per non far fuoriuscire il ripieno. Disponili su una teglia rivestita di carta forno con un filo d’olio e inforna a 180° per circa 25 minuti, girandoli a metà cottura.
