Queste sono le barrette più buone e golose che io abbia mai mangiato in vita mia e non scherzo! Forse perché la crema mou o dulce de leche (chiamatelo come volete) e le arachidi salate insieme sono un vero trionfo di gusto. Definirei questa ricetta “esagerata” perché fin dal primo morso capisci che ne sei già dipendente e che ne vuoi ancora, un vero colpo di fulmine! Se volete quindi assuefarvi di questa delizia, vi spiego passo passo come fare.
INGREDIENTI:
- 90 g burro fuso
- 200 g biscotti Osvego al cacao Gentilini
- 240 g banane congelate
- 50 g yogurt bianco o kefir
- 50 g arachidi salate
- 397 ml latte condensato quello in barattolo (non in tubetto)
- 2 cucchiai di crema di nocciole
PROCEDIMENTO:
Immergi il barattolo di latte condensato all’interno della pentola a pressione o in una pentola normale piena d’acqua. L’acqua dovrà superare la latta di circa due dita. In pentola a pressione ci vorrà molto meno tempo, infatti dal fischio dovrà cuocere solo mezz’ora, contro le 3 ore che invece dovrà bollire nella pentola normale.
Frulla grossolanamente i biscotti e uniscili al burro fuso. Aiutandoti con uno stampo rettangolare, crea con i biscotti una base compatta e riponila in freezer.
Frulla le banane congelate con lo yogurt o il kefir, in questo modo otterrai una crema simile ad un gelato. Versala sopra la base di biscotti che avevi riposto in freezer, cercando di livellarla con il dorso di un cucchiaio o una spatola il meglio possibile. Trasferisci in freezer.
Terminato il tempo di cottura del latte condensato, estrailo con cautela dall’acqua bollente e lascialo raffreddare. Quindi apri il barattolo dove all’interno si sarà formata la crema mou e uniscila alla crema di nocciole. Amalgama per bene con una spatola fino ad ottenere una crema omogenea. Versa la crema mou sopra lo strato di banane e yogurt. Frulla pochi secondi le arachidi salate e aggiungile in superficie.
Riponi in freezer per circa due ore e poi taglia dando la forma delle barrette.
