Se non siete amanti del porridge, credo che sia solo perché non ne avete mai mangiato uno come questo! Si perché è davvero impossibile resistere ad una combinazione di sapori e consistenze come in questo porridge che ho preparato. Tutti gli ingredienti si combinano perfettamente, la banana, il cioccolato fondente che si fonde al contatto con l’avena ancora calda. Insomma se proprio lo detestate, dategli un’ultima chance e non ve ne pentirete!
INGREDIENTI: (Per una tazza)
- 30 g di fiocchi d’avena
- 1 cucchiaino di semi di chia
- 100 g circa di latte vegetale o latte vaccino
- 1/2 cucchiaino di caffé solubile
- 10 g cioccolato fondente
- 1/2 banana
- yogurt greco o vegetale q.b
- frutta fresca a piacere q.b
- crema di nocciole q.b
- cocco rapè q.b
PROCEDIMENTO:
In un pentolino unisci i fiocchi d’avena, i semi di chia, il latte e il caffè solubile. Fai cuocere per circa 10 minuti o comunque fino a quando otterrai una consistenza cremosa. Puoi variare i tempi di cottura a seconda se ti piace più liquido o più solido. In una tazza o ciotola crea una base con la banana tagliata a fette, sovrapponi i fiocchi d’avena ancora caldissimi e subito sopra il cioccolato fondente tagliato a pezzetti. In questo modo il cioccolato si scioglierà leggermente e sarà tutto ancora più buono. Aggiungi uno strato di yogurt e una frutta fresca a piacere. Una colata di crema di nocciole e una spolverata di cocco rapè è il tocco finale che ci vuole per rendere questo porridge davvero irresistibile!
