Acquistare pesce fresco direttamente nella nostra pescheria di fiducia è forse tra le cose che vorremmo fare tutti i giorni. Ma la verità è che molto più spesso ci ritroviamo con poco tempo e poca voglia di metterci ai fornelli. Succede quindi che avere una scorta di pesce, come nel caso di questa ricetta, o di una verdura pronta da cuocere in freezer, diventa all’improvviso tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno! Diciamoci la verità, il pesce surgelato ci aiuta ad organizzare quei pranzi o cene dell’ultimo minuto delle nostre vite imperfette e poi è pesce fresco e buonissimo! In questa ricetta con pochi e semplici ingredienti riusciremo a donargli un gusto e sapore molto più deciso e gustoso.
INGREDIENTI:
- 500 g di fiori di nasello o merluzzo
- 2 spicchi di aglio
- olio evo q.b
- capperi dissalati q.b
- 2 filetti di alici
- olive miste q.b
- 400 g pomodori datterini
- prezzemolo fresco q.b
- sale q.b
PROCEDIMENTO:
In una padella fai rosolare leggermente l’olio con l’aglio, i capperi dissalati, i filetti di alici e le olive. Unisci il nasello, fallo insaporire bene e infine aggiungi i pomodori datterini. Fai cuocere con un coperchio per circa 5 minuti. Porta a termine la cottura eliminando il coperchio e facendo evaporare l’acqua in eccesso. Visto l’utilizzo di alici e olive, ti consiglio di assaggiare prima di aggiungere il sale. Termina con del prezzemolo fresco.
