INGREDIENTI: (Per 2/3 biscotti gelato)
- 6 biscotti integrali senza zuccheri
- 160 g yogurt greco
- 0,8 g dolcificante
- 3 cucchiaini cocco rapè
- 2 cucchiaini gocce di cioccolato fondente
- latte preferito q.b
- cacao amaro in polvere q.b
PROCEDIMENTO:
Allo yogurt unisci il cocco rapè, il dolcificante e mescola bene. Aggiungi le gocce di cioccolato e incorporale al composto. Spennella leggermente un biscotto con il latte, sovrapponi il coppapasta e rimpilo di crema allo yogurt. Ricopri con un altro biscotto anche questo bagnato con il latte. Fai riposare in frigorifero per circa 2 ore. Spolvera con del cacao amaro prima di servire.
